bugs?

I tried to add a site to the World/Chinese_Simplified:
http://dmoz.org/World/Chinese_Simplified/%bc%c6%cb%e3%bb%fa/%c8%ed%bc%fe/%b2%d9%d7%f7%cf%b5%cd%b3/
but it always says the site exists. It seems it doesn't matter which URL you are adding, it always gives "already exists" error.

Yes, a known bug. Sorry about that, and it's being worked on. We expect a fix with the completion of our current upgrade effort, or soon thereafter.

Nobody can submit to categories with non ascii characters in their names right now. There's a workaround for names in the ISO Latin 1 character set, but I'm afraid that won't help you a bit.

All I can suggest is that you wait a few weeks and try again. Or watch our Bugs and Features forum, I hope someone will post there when it's fixed.

Thanks and that seems to do the trick, at least I submitted it without the error. Can you please check to see if there is anything in the queue?

It looks like it's in the queue (a short queue though I can't say how active the editors there are). I can't help beyond that as I can't read the language, but it's ggod to see my advice is working.
