business consulting category update url vs suggest?

Can you help me submit this site in the correct category?

has only "update url". It appears that this is the correct category for a global business consulting company ; It has similar type listings.
(ie: Business Services sector broadly covers establishments and industries that provide professional and administrative support services to a variety of businesses)
Next level down has Management categories which are further subdivided, but I find none that are suitable for consulting services that are not personnel or industry specific.
Any suggestions wil be appreciated.

Trust me, you do not want to submit to that main category. You should look at the existing subcategories and pick the one that best fits your site. Submissions to the main category are turned off for a reason. Everyone and there brother thinks they belong there and I imagine the sites waiting have a good couple of years or more to wait.
