do you think DMOZ can be outdated by other emerging directory applying new principles, innovating some other features, etc. Me myself come up with new ideas and create my own directory. My website is http://forum.droppings.spam.spam.spam.

I hardly need a feedback if such site could even hit 30% as popular as DMOZ. Thank you very much

Ofcourse it can. Only time can tell if this will happen.

But I can't see this question as a reason to spam us with a link tot your website.

Anything is possible, but you have YEARS to go before you need to worry about your site ever gaining on DMOZ. There are tons of other human edited directories and SE's out there, each with their own unique ideas. From looking at your site, I can't see anything that would compel me to use it instead of, or even in addition to, my current informational sources.

I recommend doing more research before spamming ANY forum with your link. I belong to other forums that are not as diplomatic as this one, and the response to your site could be very disheartening.

Thread closed. Drive-by spamming is such a dispicably discourteous act that a useful continuation of the conversation is generally impossible.
