It's your site. You can do whatever you want with it, subject only to the laws of nature. You can buy advertising for it wherever people sell advertising.
ODP is our site. We do not sell (or even give away) advertising. We list sites with unique content. and what we most want to do is NOT list sites that don't have unique content.
SFI is already listed. SFI affiliate/doorway sites are not listable, and cannot be made listable by the addition of any conceivable content or the concealment of any relevant business identification. Please do not ever submit any more sites about it. Those worthless nuisance submissions clog the Business and Shopping unreviewed categories, wasting editors' time and exhausting their patience, delaying constructive additions of commercial sites by people who are genuinely offering their own services to customers.
