Can I re-apply to the same category

Hi,

I'm really keen to become an editor on DMOZ, as I'm applying to be an editor for one of the largest educational publishers here in the UK. I have done editorial work in the past, but would like more experience, and editing on DMOZ would look good on my CV, and would be great experience.

I know Cardiff well, as I've lived there most of my life, so I applied for that category.

I'm not sure why my application was turned down, but I was wondering if it's possible to re-apply for the same category?

Any thoughts would be gratefully received.

Just an update.

I didn't get approved, but the 'Reviewer Comments' were really helpful.

I will certainly try again.

Without a doubt, quality of listings, and submitting a listing to an accurate category is absolutely critical.

I was recently accepted to become an editor, but only after 3 refusals, so don't give up.
I think you're right about the quality being very important. Try to find 3 very good fits, and really think about the description; I think this is as important as the site suggestions.

I've re-applied again, so I'm hoping that it's third time lucky!

I focused on finding three 'very good fits' coupled with detailed, but concise, descriptions.

I'll update when I find out.
