I have a white labelled affiliate site, which of course have similar content as an already listed site. But my site have lots of its own content as well, will I be able to submit and get it listed?

Probably not. Without the URL, we can't tell.

There's nothing to prevent you from reading our submission guidelines and editor guidelines and deciding for yourself though.

No idea what a "white labelled affiliate site" is. But we don't care about labels put by other people on a site. We only care about the unique content a site has to offer.

Without the URL, we can't tell.
And with the url we won't tell (as that would require a review of your site). ;)

there are two criteria here -

Once you blank out the non-original content and ads, is what is left worth listing?

What is the primary purpose of the site? To drive users to the ads, or to provide useful content.

While those two are probably quite similar, I think that sums up best what editors are told to look for in circumstances like this.

I think a "white-label affiliate" is just like an old-fashioned affiliate site, with modifications for the sole purpose of deceiving surfers about who is actually providing the advertised goods.

It's not spam. It's maliciously deceptive spam.
