I have setup many sites.

the website for a trade company focus on watched and jewelry.

But the dmoz seems still closed, So Can I suggest my sites here?

No, you must suggest the sites using the suggest url link at the category that you wish the site to be considered for. It can take a long while before the sites are reviewed.

Before the sites are suggested, they should be complete (eg no empty pages). It is a good idea to look at the stes already listed in the category to see what they contain. See if your site is as good as the best one and if not then improve it.
