After searching DMOZ, it appears the most pertinent category would be: Business: Industries: Manufacturing: Electronics: Distributors and Vendors. Yet I can not find the category Industries under Business. Could someone send a blind man the link? Thanks.

The Business category was recently re-organized, and electronics was combined with electrical. If you're a wholesaler, the most generic category is http://dmoz.org/Business/Electronics_and_Electrical/Wholesale_and_Distribution/
If you or your client/friend/family member specialize in a particular kind of electronics, we may be able to nudge you closer to the perfect spot.

OK! Wholesale distributors of electronics components are in http://dmoz.org/Business/Electronics_and_Electrical/Components/Wholesale_and_Distribution/ . Except for businesses specializing in semiconductors. There is a link to the correct category if that is the case.
