Can you delay or remove my submission

I am in a middle of restructuring my web site: www.you2uk.com I have submitted it and resubmitted it (sorry I didn't realise at the time it was considered as spamming) to the following category: Regional: Europe: United Kingdom: Business and Economy: Immigration. The site is still not accepted or maybe it is rejected. The emphasis of the site will shift from immigration to a general site about UK. I would be grateful if somebody could remove my submission so I could resubmit it latter when the site is ready to a different category.

When the site is reviewed an editor will judge whether it is listable at that time and move it if the content has changed and it is more appropriate to another category. If it is listed before it has been redesigned then you can submit an Update URL request to ask for a move to another category. If it has not been listed before the site redesign is finished just submit to the new category. But read all the guidelines to make sure the site is listable to begin with. Thanks.
