cannot get past submission

I have tried to suggest a url for one of my customers and i cannot get past the submission screen - it returns "please select a UK site" but cannot find what that means and where to do it.
I have chosen the approrpiate category (i thought) as follows because they are a B&B in Alnwick Northumberland and all the competitors are listed in it.
