Cannot seem to get listed

Hi there hoping you can help we have applied and can't seem to get our business listed. It has been well over 3 months for www.nlightn.co.uk I am concerned that the listing request has been dumped in the system and I am wondering how I can check if it has actually been picked up for submission?
