Can't find authentication ticket

I was asked to reply to an email from Dmoz to confirm you had my correct email address. However, when I did this I got a response saying:
"Your Open Directory editor application could not be confirmed. The error received was: Can't find your authentication ticket" :(

I didn't change the subject line, just clicked reply and sent as it was. Have tried to send again, removing everything apart from just the key itself. Haven't had a response to that yet, so not sure if it made a difference.

The category I have volunteered to become editor of is:

Would appreciate any help on what I should do.

Our tech person was unable to find your application in the prescreen queue. You are going to have to reapply. Sorry about that.
