Can't get form

I follow the instructions, pick a catagory , but every time I hit suggest URL I do not get a form to fill out to suggest my URL :icon_ques. I just get caught in a visious cycle of how to suggest a URL, go here, and click there, but nothing happens. What extactly am I doing wrong? Thanx, Octavia

Are you by any chance an AOL user or behind some corporate proxy? I've heard of that happening because a proxy between a user and us is caching the pages and doesn't know to ask us for a new load to get the next screen.

Hmmm... I think "Submit URL" might have been turned off in the category you try to suggest to. Which category did you try?
