Can't log into editor forum with my details

Hi Guys,

I'm a new editor, and want to start reading the editor forums before I go ahead and update anything in my category. However, I can't login to the editor forum with the supplied editor password, and my username.

I waited 24 hours since receiving the welcome mail (it says can take up to 8 hours in editor dashboard).

Any ideas what to do?

Hi,
The synchronization sometimes goes awry; I've given the dozy servers a kick... let us know if you still can't access the forums, eight hours from now.
btw, make sure the editor name (username) is all lowercase...
