Can't Pick the Right Category

I would like to submit my site to the Shopping: Directory section of the directory, but there is no "Add URL" link on this page? Is there a reason for that? My site is www.shopathomeselect.com and we are a shopping directory and member site that provides cash rebates to consumers that shop with any of our merchants through our site. If Shopping\Directory is inappropriate, can someone point me to the most appropriate directory?

No need to involve the forum. Just find the most specific category that seems to fit. We don't delete missubmitted sites -- we just find the right category for them, very efficiently.
