I have tried the Becoming an Editor Forum but it seems no one wants to answer me, and I have emailed DMOZ, and so I will try here. The thread at the other form is here:

Basically I can't send the editor reinstatement form because I can't remember the old email address and/or password I had 2 years ago when I was an editor of the Voluntary Simplicity category. I wasn't kicked out as an editor or anything...I just quit because I didn't have time.
The form does not allow me to leave the email address field blank or put in another address so I am not sure what to do. Please help me with this. Thanks.
