Can't Update the listing after company rename

Hi. Our website luckily was added to dmoz. However, about 5-6 years past and our company changed the name to the new name (and the domain name as well). We are trying to update this but with no success at all.
Our company had name like XXXXX Ltd. and the same domain xxxxx.com and the title of the listing is still XXXXX Ltd. however, this domain is pointing to YYYYY. Com website which the new name of our company YYYYYY Ltd.
What can we do to update the listing?

Visit the category where it's listed and follow the update listing link at the top of the page. Such requests show up prominently and most editors give them priority processing.

However, we don't amend a listed URL if the old one still works unless it has an automatic redirect or a notice on the home page. Also, resist the temptation to request a keyword stuffed title or description at the same time because they can provoke knee jerk reactions.

1. We have done this several times over couple of years (with about 6 months intervals). No success at all unfortunately.
2. The domain has 301 R redirect and is pointing to a new website for about 3-4 years now.

Any suggestions of what we can do now?

Try again from a different computer and use a different email address.
