Catagory only offers 'update', URL does not come up

I have been trying to submit a website to ODP. I was in the ‘suggest a url’ page but I wanted to go back and make sure I was in the most descriptive category. Now I can not get to a ‘suggest a url’ page. I can only get to an ‘update’ page and my url dose not come up. I have a few websites I would like to suggest. They are good and healthy websites that are valuable and interesting.

What an I doing wrong?

In which category?

Computers < Internet (here I am offered only to udate)

If I go further...

Web Design and Development < Designers < Full Service

I am offered to sugestion link.

That is because Computers/Internet is closed to suggestions - please suggest your site to the most appropriate subcategory. If you read the category descriptions this will help you determine which category your site belongs in.

Categories that only offer "Update listing" are not accepting new suggestions at that level -- you are required to browse down to a more appropriate subcategory.

Categories that offer "Suggest a site" are accepting new suggestions. And until a suggestion has been reviewed and accepted by an editor, you won't be able to use the "Update listing" link in the category where you suggested your site.
