Category doesn't have submit url

Hello,

I apologize if I've missed something obvious as it's not my goal to waste your precious time.

I have a motorcycle safety link to submit. http://www.streetglo.net/safety

I searched your index and it appears these go in Recreation:motorcycles. However I can't submit there. However, the safety sites are there. What am I missing?

The site would not belong there.

It would be a much better fit in Business/Automotive/Motorcycles/ since your site is not about recreational motorcycle safety, but rather the sale of safety-related products for motorcycles. That is a huge difference.
