Category hasn't been updated for 1 Year...

I took special care to prepare the submission of my site, complied with all guidelines, found the perfect category etc.

I have submited it, and only after that i Realized that my category hasn't been updated for 14 months(since September 28, 2007) at Computers/Multimedia/Software/Adobe_Flash/Designers/W/

However the category immediately above it, Computers/Multimedia/Software/Adobe_Flash/Designers/, was updated 2 weeks ago...

So probably whats happening that there is no editor for the subcategory, and the editor simply doesn't have time to review submissions under him.

So what should i do now? I don't want to submit twice, as that would be against the guidelines, which i respect, I also heard that contacting the editor might do more harm than good. Is there anything that can be done?

You don't have to do anything.

Some volunteer will volunteer to process your listing suggestion in time but we can't predict who or when that might be. Elapsed times can range from a few days to a few years. Please be patient.
