Category not open to suggest URL

Hi,

I want to suggest http://www.chat-rooms-online.co.uk to http://dmoz.org/Computers/Internet/Chat/ but its not open and there is no other suttible category that I can see.

Please select the most appropriate subcategory and suggest your site to that. The editor will move it up to the parent category if s/he thinks that's appropriate. By all means add a note to the end of your proposed description [like this].

Yes, please do. Sometimes there aren't any "suggest URL" links so it's best to go to the second most relevent subcategory which has that link and also if the subcategory is open.
