I have a forum on discussion about everything ( almost all categories such as Tech , sports , entertainment , lifestyle and many more ) , i would like to know in which category to submit the forum which is in itself like a big site .

That's not a question that we can answer here. Just pick the one which you think is most appropriate and suggest it to there. If the editor thinks that's wrong, s/he'll move it.

If it's mainly based around a locality, suggest it to the locality category.
