Which category would i submit www.osx.com on? It's not a search engine, not a meta search, it's an index of search engines and facilitates searching for various topics.

http://dmoz.org/Computers/Internet/Searching/Multi-Search/ looks like the best match to me. That's only my opinion, though, and I don't edit in that area of the directory.
