Celebrity or actor?

I have a fansite for an actor listed here:
Top: Arts: Performing Arts: Acting: Actors and Actresses: D

I'm now trying to list a fansite for another actor, last name M, who is not already listed in dmoz.

I try listing in the same category as my D-website, but I am told that fansites must be listed under Top: Arts: Celebrities.

Is there some reorganisation and will my D fansite be moved Arts/Celebrities too?

Should I just enter my M site under Arts/Celebrities too?

Some specifics, like URLs and categories, would be helpful.

If an actor has just an official site and no fan pages, the official site is listed in Actors and Actresses. However, if there's a fan site, a category's created for that person in Arts/Celebrities and @linked in the Actors and Actresses letter cat.

The actor, Byron Mann, has no official page and no fan pages.

I thought to list him here:
http://dmoz.org/Arts/Performing_Arts/Acting/Actors_and_Actresses/M/

But it seems I must list him here:
http://dmoz.org/Arts/Celebrities/M/

I would consider the actor category the most apppropriate since he's not that much of a celebrity ;-)

But maybe these two categories are interchangeable?

When you click on "add url" in Arts/Performing Arts/Acting/Actors and Actresses/M you get to the submission form where it says: "Please submit fan sites to Arts/Celebrities. No fan sites will be listed here." The first thing I read when looking at http://www.afan.dk/byronmann is: "An unoffical fansite". So it is quite obvious that your site should be submitted to Arts/Celebrities/M.

If your submission is accepted, a category Arts/Celebrities/M/Mann,_Byron will be set up and there probably will also be a link "Mann, Byron @" leading to that category in Arts/Performing Arts/Acting/Actors and Actresses/M.

If a particular person has even one fan, they qualify as a Celebrity, in other words. Please send any fan sites you have to the appropriate letter subcategory of Arts/Celebrities .

I think I'll set up a site celebrating Furiosity, so (s)he'll get his/her own cat in the ODP!
