CGI Server Error - Become an Editor Link

Hello, I went to submit an application to become an editor in the following category (URL):

http://dmoz.org/Business/Real_Estate/Appraisal/Directories/

When I hit 'Submit Application' I got a server configuration error - the url of the form I was on is as follows:

http://dmoz.org/cgi-bin/apply.cgi?s...eal_Estate/Appraisal/Directories&id=&lk=&loc=

Please let me know if you are able to fix this problem or advise what I can do to avoid it...

Verified there is a problem - I tried the same category and got

Internal Server Error

The server encountered an internal error or misconfiguration and was unable to complete your request.

Please contact the server administrator, webmaster@dmoz.org and inform them of the time the error occurred, and anything you might have done that may have caused the error.

More information about this error may be available in the server error log.

There is a related problem that has been reported internally. I've added to that bug report.
