Change Category after submission

Hi there,

I was wondering if anyone could help. I submitted my site a few months back to a category which doesn't have an editor and categories above that don't have editors either. The "closest" editor was in a huge top-level category (I think it was Business: Consumer Goods and Services ). I'm guessing that the queue in this category is years long...

Anyway, I have found another small category with an editor (one of the regional categories) which, assuming the editor is active, might get me a quicker response time.

So my question is, can I resubmit my site but this time to the new category? Or is that against DMOZ rules?

I see mentions of only submitting once but then other people are saying that resubmitting just puts you are the back of the queue (in this case I'd rather be at the back of a short queue than halfway down an immense queue)

Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Best regards,
Dave

If your website offers locality specific services such as a walk in store, by all means additionally suggest it to the corresponding Regional locality category.
