Change Category

We would be grateful of your assistance / guidance on changing category.The website is currently listed in Shopping/Niche/Gothic. Our products are not confined to the latter sector/category. Addtionally we need to update the description as the current one is incorrect. We have submitted our request via the "Update URL" facility on two separate occasions during the past 3, maybe 4 months. Perhaps we have missed some requirement during the completion of the form?
Your guidance would be much appreciated.

Posting in this forum isn't too demanding, but the guidelines for starting a thread here seem to have been overlooked... See the very first thread at the top of the page of threads to see what I mean.
