That's what "update URL" requests are for.

Note that if the OLD URL still works and doesn't redirect to the new one, chances are approximately nil that the editor will be interested in doing it. So get your hosting and redirection straightened out first.

Never mind. The current listing is bad. There's no site there--that makes it a top-priority ODP quality problem. I've moved it to unreviewed. You can resubmit under whatever URL whenever the site is actually complete.

yes thank you the site is ready any day now, i am awaiting the company to finish it, so if i add new url to dmoz it will get rid of the old link, i have only kept it because it is linked to may sites as soon as it runs out its history

thanks for taking the time out to help me

Hopefully it will get sorted

The old site is already gone from the directory. It will disappear from the public side of dmoz.org in a couple of days. Once your new site is finished and going you are going to have to resubmit it.

Probably Not. As long as you own the old URL you should still do the redirect.
