Change in title status

Please excuse me if I am posting in the wrong place but I am totally new to this forum!

A little over two months ago I changed from one major franchise (Century 21) to another (Prudential) and have twice requested just that the franchise name be changed in my title.

and I am listed at:
http://www.dmoz.org/Regional/North_...s_and_Economy/Real_Estate/Residential/Agents/

my current description is:
Diann and Glen Tonnesen - Century 21 MoneyWorld - Provides residential realty services. Includes featured homes and team profile plus details on neighborhoods, golf communities, and condominium projects.

The people at Century 21 are getting quite upset that I still rank well for the search term "Century 21 Las Vegas" and attribute it to the fact that it is in my DMOZ description.

Can you tell me how long it takes just to have a franchise name changed in the title so I can get them off my back?!! The new name in full should be:

Diann and Glen Tonnesen - Prudential Americana Group Realtors

The update request has been processed, and the title was changed - if you are still seeing the old title in the directory it is because the public servers haven't yet been updated. It can sometimes take a few days, up to a week, for the pages to regenerate on all the different servers.

Please note that Google will update their directory on their own schedule, and we don't know when -- and it's Google that does the page rank thing. We can't influence that at all.
