Change of URL

http://www.politics.lviv.ua/ web site is listed under the following directory:
World > Ukrainian > Наука > Суспільні науки > Політологія
however the web site has moved and the URL mentioned above will become obsolete in future.

Aiming to update the URL I read How to suggest a site to the Open Directory guidelines. They say that

If a site has been accepted for inclusion in the directory but you are dissatisfied with how the site is described or titled, you may go to the category where it is listed, and fill out the "update URL" form.

Note: Some categories do not have "suggest URL" or "update URL" links. These categories don't accept submissions, so you should find a more specific category for your site.

which seems to be the case (as I failed to find the mentioned "update URL" form).

So what is the best I can do to get the new URL listed in the directory?

It is there, but it's called "обновити URL". Maybe the form should mention that the link text will be translated in World/ categories

I would certainly recognize the sought link (or is it a form) in Ukrainian, as this is my native language. Not sure where the misunderstanding lies, but I'm looking in Google directory World > Ukrainian > Наука > Суспільні науки > Політологія and (just in case) here's what I see: screenshot. What I don't see is the "update URL" form. Would you refer me to the page where it is located, please?

Don't look in the Google directory. Look in the OPEN DIRECTORY at http://dmoz.org/ .

Ah, I see the problem. You're looking at Google, one of the many users of ODP data. They're required to provide a link to submit a url and one to become an editor, but I don't think they have to provide the update link.

You'll find the update link, labelled as nea describes, near the upper right corner of the dmoz page from which that Google page was derived.
