Changing Category

Hi
I own photography business and I submitted my site in 2004 in the regional category for my current location (Reno, Nevada). It has not been reviewed yet.
Now I am moving to San Diego and I want to submit my web site under this region.
Can I cancel my previous submission and submit it again or what should I do?

Submit to the correct San Diego category and put a note in description that says [previously submited to Reno, Nevada; I have since moved]
