changing my website link

i have transferred my website to a new domain. please advice how can i modify my website listed in the directory which is <URLs removed>.

Visit the category where your website is listed and follow the update URL link at the top of the page. Be sure that the old URL redirects to the new and avoid the temptation to hype the title and description at the same time.
