Changing one listing, adding another

I've got kind of an odd situation. I was going to submit a site to http://dmoz.org/Business/Marketing_and_Advertising/Internet_Marketing/Marketing_Services/ when I noticed that there's already a listing in the category using the name of the company I'm submitting.

The thing is, the listing that's there uses their domain name as their company name, which it isn't, whereas the site I want to submit has a domain name similar to the company name, and it is their company name.

But it gets a little more complicated... it seems that the name under which that company is listed used to be their company name. There are some old (apparently orphaned) HTML pages on their otherwise Flash site which use that name, and I think they have the trademark on the name (which is why I haven't mentioned the name as yet. I'll PM it to an editor if need be.)

So is it possible to have that other listing changed so that I can submit a listing using the name I want the other changed from?

We can have more than one site with the same name...I'm not sure what your problem is exactly.

It would be two sites with the same name in the same category, so one would come right after the other. But if that's not a problem, I'm glad to hear it. I was afraid I'd have to either request that the older listing be changed, or find another category to submit to.
