Site www.uspharmd.com was listed for about 3 years and recently has been delisted due modification of the site. I could not use updated site listing form because, the site is not listed any longer. I, however, used the site listing request form. I hope that editor(s) do not see this as a spam. I just wanted to clarify my submission.
