Your site was rejected on October 22nd because it didn't have any content at that time. There is no submission waiting for review in that category, so it seems your newer submission hasn't arrived there.

Note that your site can't be viewed using Netscape 4.75; perhaps you should give a hint about this in the description when resubmitting.
