I ca'n't find a submission for that URL in either of those categories, and there is no record of it having been reviewed. Please feel free to resubmit the site, once, to the most appropriate category, and then return here in a month for another status update.

I do not know why the link was broken, but this one works:

When I re-submitted, I made a post asking the most appropriate category to submit a travel DVD on Akumal. The replies I got said Shopping was more appropriate than Regional. (I had originally submitted in Regional, since our DVD is intended to be a thorough video guide to the Akumal area.)
