Sorry, I read the date 05-04-2004 as 5th of April 2004.
Anyway, today is the 4th of November. So could you please let me know the position now? Has the site been reviewed yet?

The site hasn't been reviewed, but at least one submittal has been deleted as a duplicate -- I couldn't find the "other" submittal. I'd count on it being almost certainly rejected, count on it being certainly NOT listed in that category (way too broad), and work from there.

I cannot in good conscience to my fellow editors recommend resubmittal.
