Chinese forum

In the Non-English category of publicforum the most of threads are now chinese.
Is is't it the time to make a separate category?

As a normal member I can't through thread that you have referenced.

It is quite possible that this thread was intended for an editor only forum and the thread starter may have made a mistake.

Some time ago we decided that language-specific forums are only created when a Meta-Editor speaking that language is available as a moderator for RZ. Once this will be the case, I agree that a chinese forum would be a benefit.
