Clarification on submitting to "Regional"

I've submitted our photography web site to the category:

Business: Arts and Entertainment: Photography: Photographers: Wedding and Events: North America: United States: Florida

This was submitted in late April, just in time to have no means to monitor the status. Does this mean there is absolutely no way to ever know if it is rejected?

I've read through several of the topics that make the suggestion and I've come across the following language in the category description: Photography businesses can also be listed in Regional.

Does this mean I can/should ALSO submit the site to:

Regional: North America: United States: Florida: Localities: *: ******: Arts and Entertainment: Photography

Or would this constitute a duplicate submission which would be interpreted as spamming? Before I found out about this forum being moderated by ODP editors, I tried to contact the editor of the regional category to ask this question as well. I hope that wasn't a mistake!

Thanks for your help.

No harm done, and yes, definitely please do submit to the locality category.
