Clarify: multiple submissions? due to page error

I just submitted www.4freedebtconsolidation.com to Home/Personal_Finance/Money_Management/Credit/Counseling_and_Repair, but the first two times I submitted, I received a "page not found" error. I hope I didn't submit more than once; please don't reject my submission because of this. Thank you.

Sites are not included due to this reason or that (see guidelines or other threads around here) but to be excluded I think you'll have to engineer something more egregious than a spot of trouble with some 404s.
