Combining submissions?

I was just curious if it was necessary to submit a request for each section of a website to be reviewed? Or is the suggestion of the site itself enough? I had suggested http://inkart.net which has three different related but categories.

You should only suggest the root (main) url for a site. In some rare cases deeplinks (sub-pages) may be listable somewhere in the directory, but that will be at the descretion of the reviewing editor(s). In such cases, the editors should forward the links to the appropriate locations for consideration so it is not necessary (or recommended) for you to do so.
