My website was indexed in dmoz about 3 years ago before I took it off the internet. When I submitted it years ago, I remember using some kind of string to replace a comma when submitting the website title. I submitted my site again over 30 days ago; however since I forgot what kind of string I used, I used a comma.
1. I was wondering if a comma might create a glitch in the system, and maybe to where there might be no record of my submission? (I've been checking periodically to see if my site has been included.)
2a. And might "," be the correct substring to use for a comma?
2b. or could there be more than one kind of string that would work for a comma?
3. And my website title now contains a period too, so I'm now wondering about that too?
However, about a half an hour ago, I submitted again not using any commas, periods, or strings in the title. Having commas and periods showing up in search results of my site isn't that important. What's important is being in dmoz and other search directories. No matter how people search for my site, they will find it as long as it is in the search directory being used.
Appreciate it
