community website (3 cities) submission to which

hiya, helping build a community website.. we are in the final stages of being finish ( wipes brow )..

but it's a community portal/business directory for 3 towns, and the url describes this too:

example: bronxbrooklynqueens.com

so which should we submit to? all three reginal sections at the domz?

Also we have built a huge forum/discussion board for the above mentioned website... how to we proceed with it.

The url is similar to this:

bronxbrooklynqueens.com/forums/

please let me know.. asap.. we are working locally, and will go live very soon, I want to start submission the day we go live.

It is unlikely that your site will be listed three times. Submit it to Regional/North America/United States/New York/Localities/N/New York City/Society and Culture instead.

It sounds like your site would fit well in a "Guides and Directories" category - you should submit to the lowest geographic level which contains all three localities (county, region, or metro area). It's doubtful that the forum will be listed on its own, but will most likely be mentioned in the description.
