Concern about abuse

Not sure where to complain but I have a concern about abuse in:

The directory was very out of date and I A, volunteered to edit it but also submitted aa few changes. Best I can tell they removed the old site I mentioned but they aren't listing any competitors beyond the list that is there.

There are 5 or 6 current industry leaders that aren't listed and I was hoping to help get it cleaned up. I am concerned it might be managed by a software competitor not letting listings in.

What can I do?

Too add to my post. In our specific case, we have very original content continually added to contribute to the industry and I specifically do a lot of writing in recruiting.
