I apologize about posting so early being that I only submitted my site suggestion yesterday but I never received a confirmation email after submitting. I've checked my junk mail and it's not there.

I've submitted my site again today thinking that maybe I made a mistake during my original submission and again didn't receive a conformation.

Confirmation emails are never sent after a site is suggested to us. Your only confirmation is the thank you screen that comes up.
