I am trying to follow the instructions as listed. When I go to :
http://www.dmoz.org/...rty_Management/

I see the other property companies in my neighborhood listed so I assume I have found the correct section to add mine.

However, I do not find any place to add my URL. My website is comparable to the other sites listed.

Can you please help me figure out what I am doing wrong?

Thank you in advance !! I understand that it might take a while before a site is added, I would just like a chance to submit mine for review.
Appreciate your help.

Simply follow this link
http://www.dmoz.org/public/suggest?cat=Regional/North_America/United_States/California/Localities/S/San_Diego/Business_and_Economy/Real_Estate/Property_Management
then fill and send the form.

Your URL will be available for the review. :)

The same way I have posted my site to this given link many time in last 1 year, but could not understand why it is not accepted. Many of other user with low quality website have added in the directory more than 2 times, with different titles. Can you please let me know where I lack of.

> The same way I have posted my site to this given link many time in last 1 year,
The DMOZ guidelines, which you confirmed to have read when suggesting a website, do clearly state to suggest a website only ONCE.
> but could not understand why it is not accepted.
Two possibilities. Either it is not reviewed yet (the most probable one) or it is not listable (the guidelines specify which kind of site we list and which not)

> Many of other user with low quality website have added in the directory more than 2 times, with different titles.
Users can not add websites, only editors can. And editors are allowed to list a website more than once if they feel ikt is the right thing to do.
Websites can be listed more than once if
- they have content in more than one language
or
- they are both relevant for a topic and a region (city)

> Can you please let me know where I lack of.
Sorry, we can not as we do not provide such a service.

Best suggestion would be follow a site of similar niche and use almost similar title and description to get listed. ;)

This is not necessarily true, because a site gets listed for its value and content after a visual review by an editor, and certainly not for the way in which it has been submitted from the public side. :)
