Is that still in use? There is a site proudly displaying the Cool Site Award - but they ahve no star in their catagory..........

Yes, sites still can get "Cooled" and starred, however the "cool" can be taken off, for various reasons.

Well - if you look them up - they are not cooled.......... yet have the logo up on their homepage

The cool star was only recently removed, in fact searching for the site [a page within the URL you mentioned] still shows a star, so they may not have realized the change.
