Hi,
i want to submit my photography site, however it is a site with lots of work on it which is copyrighted to the photographer. If i submit this site will the work and my site be safe from it being copied? It's just that at the bottom of the submit site form there is the submissions agreement which says (i agree to)"grant Netscape Communications Corporation a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, publish, copy, edit, modify, or create derivative works from my submission." This worried me as it is very important that the work on the site remains on the site unless it is being sold.

Please help!!

I think you'll find that means that Netscape are allowed to edit the site title and description submitted to the directory as appropriate, not derive works from your web site content.

The important words are "from my submission". This is something completely different as "from my website".
This means we are allowed to describe, distribute and publish the link to your site in any way we like.
We will never change, copy or publish the content of your site.

This site has been archived and is no longer accepting new content.
