Could not find a category sutible for a sports bar

I was going to try and submit my site and found franchise operations but no others. Is this type of site un-acceptable? It’s A General Rating Site. We are planning on publishing the results of our sponsored sporting events in the region. Any info would be great.

I have not looked at the site other than seeing it's location, from that I would start with http://www.dmoz.org/Regional/North_America/United_States/Illinois/Localities/C/Collinsville/Business_and_Economy/

Bars/Taverns/Pubs are listed only in Regional. As bobrat suggests, start with the category for your locality.
