Create new category?

Hi everyone,

I'm new to DMOZ and ODP, however I'm trying to add here the website of my organization and I have an confusion.

The organization that the website represents is AIESEC Macedonia <url removed> and therefore it should be going under AIESEC (http://dmoz.org/Society/Organizations/Student/AIESEC/), though there is no section as Macedonia under this Category...

How do you create a new category and add an website under it?

Just suggest the site to the main category. When an editor reviews it, they'll create a subcategory for it, if needed.
